My favorite comfort food order. My husband order chicken parmigiana. The food was perfect as usual. Our waitress, Shy, was exceptional - knowledgeable and so very welcoming. She made us feel like valued friends.

Fantastic Service from Shy at Vice! I had the pleasure of being served by Shy during my visit to Vice, and she truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Shy's recommendations were spot-on, and she had a great understanding of the menu, making it easy to choose something amazing. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks stayed full and we had everything we needed. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and friendly attitude. She created such a welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. If you're lucky enough to have Shy as your waitress, you're in for a great time. Vice is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and personable as her on their team. Highly recommend!

Really good burger, and my waitress (Shy) recommended the truffle fries and I was really glad I got them. Shy was a delightful waitress, my needs were anticipated and met without being overly pushy.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful evening. The chicken Parmesan itself was nothing short of exceptional. The chicken was perfectly cooked---juicy and tender, with a golden, crispy breading that provided just the right amount of crunch. It was generously topped with a rich marinara sauce that had a delicious balance of herbs and spices, and a generous layer of melted mozzarella cheese that stretched beautifully with each slice. Served alongside a side of al dente spaghetti, the entire dish was a comforting yet elevated classic. What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. Our server, Shy, was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. They took the time to explain the various dishes and even shared a bit about the restaurant's history, making us feel valued as guests. Overall, the combination of the delectable chicken Parmesan and the attentive service made for a perfect dining experience.
